We are finally on our way! I think we must have had at least seven different itineraries for this trip! Slight change though – we are still going into China but mostly will be in Tibet. And because of Nepal’s challenges this year we decided to take them off this trip but thankfully India is still a go.
This is the first trip where I will most likely have extremely limited access to internet so I will not be checking emails like I normally would.
Please remember that you can make or change appointments via the website. You can also change your appointment if you have the confirmation or reminder email about your appointment. There is a link in the email.
If you should need products or waxing while I am gone you can check with Tina at 864-421-9543. Remember she will do bikini but no Brazilians!
I will be posting pictures when I can on Raspberry Moon Facebook so be sure to check it out.
Love,
Nicole, Embers and Smokey
The Pantone Fall Color Report and Color of the Year
Want to jazz up your wardrobe this Fall with some new fun colors? Check out the 2015 Fall colors. This year’s colors are designed for both men and women. This is a palette that I love. I wear a lot of these colors or would wear them.
Dried Herb is a stylish military green.
Desert Sage is a cool and soothing greenish-gray and a fabulous neutral.
Stormy Weather is a lovely blue-gray that is the color of the sky on an overcast day.
Oak Buff is a mellow, comforting and warming shade of golden-yellow that brings good feelings.
Marsala is a winey red-brown that combines warmth and richness. I can’t wait to add this as a lip color. I have been playing around with it for a little bit.
Biscay Bay is an elegant teal, mixing the serenity of blue with the invigorating aspects of green. LOVE this color.
Reflecting Pond is a cooling blue.
Cadmium Orange is warm, fun and dramatic. I love this color and I never thought I would like orange. I bought a scarf a few years ago that has this color, grey, pink and white and I wear it all the time. It goes with a lot of things.
Cashmere Rose is a soft pink.
Amethyst Orchid is the “jewel in the crown of the Fall 2015 palette. Intriguing, vibrant and somewhat sensual, this enigmatic shade is an extraordinary hue that is unique, bold, creative and exciting.”
How to use the Fall colors to jazz up your routine
Try Cadmium Orange, Cashmere Rose and Amethyst Orchid for an exotic eye shadow look or try Desert Sage and Oak Buff for a softer, more natural appearance.
Combine Desert Sage, Stormy Weather and Oak Buff for a look inspired by the flora and fauna of Fall.
Both men and women can weave Cadmium Orange and Cashmere Rose with Desert Sage for a bold mix of bright, earthy inspiration.
Dried Herb can be added to almost any combo for some flare.
“Biscay Bay provides a sprinkle of coolness to warm undertones or adds a harmonizing and subtle touch to neutrals such as Desert Sage and Dried Herb.”
“Highlight natural tones with a soft and subtle splash of playful Cashmere Rose and introduce sophisticated Marsala for an appealing and enticing vibe.”
2015 Color of the Year is Marsala!
Much like the “wine that gives Marsala its name, this tasteful hue embodies the satisfying richness of a fulfilling meal while its grounding red-brown roots emanate a sophisticated, natural earthiness. This hearty, yet stylish tone is universally appealing and translates easily to fashion, beauty, industrial design, home furnishings and interiors.”
Marsala is very versatile and works well on both genders and encourages color creativity and experimentation. It is a color that adds dramatic notes.
“Flattering against many skin tones, sultry and subtle Marsala is a great “go-to” color for beauty, providing enormous highlight for the cheek, and a captivating pop of color for nails, shadows lips and hair.”

I am going to head over to Ulta to pick up a new NYX lip color and I see some sparkling Marsala toes in my future!
Here are some great ideas on how to use Marsala. I have really liked the NYX products. I have used Sally Hansen’s nail products before and I like them, too.
