The witching month is upon us. This is my favorite month of the year! We have been decorated since Labor Day for Halloween. I was planning to get a few more things in the yard but we shall see. The month just seems to be flying by- pun intended.
There are still some fun activities happening this month so check out https://kiddingaroundgreenville.com/guides/halloween-guide for more info. Do you know of any other fun things happening this month? Feel free to post on RM Facebook or send me an email. I’d love to share it!
Until we connect, create a beautiful day,
Nicole

What are your favorite Halloween movies?
So far none of the Halloween movies I could think of are free on Prime or Netflix but I am making a list either way. Here are my favs:
Hocus Pocus
Beetlejuice
Nightmare Before Christmas
Halloween
Freddy Krueger/Nightmare on Elm Street
Need some help with the little ones?
Here are some helpful home schooling resources that I’ve found!

Don’t forget about our Succulent class this month! These classes are so fun! They will be taught by my friend Virginia Kirwan.
Monday, October 19 from 1 to 2ish
Succulent class information:
In our succulent class, we will build a fun planter and learn about the cell structure that allows succulents to store water and how that structure determines watering requirements. We’ll also talk about their native regions and the wide variety of plant types within the species. Everyone will go home with a cute planter to keep.
$35 each student

Our next 2 classes will be jewelry making so stay tuned. If you are interested in being kept up to date on these classes for kids or if we have enough interest for adult classes we can look at this as well, please let me know and I will add you to a separate mailing list.
Do you have a skill that you want to teach to a small, fun group? Contact me to see what we can put together.
Payment is due the day of the class – cash or check preferred. If you sign up for the class please be prepared to come and/or pay for the class if you miss it.

Product of the Month
Glycolic Cleanser from Skin Script
This is a favorite of mine for sure. It is an active cleanser and used 2 to 3 times a week as a treatment. This should be used as a 2nd cleanser after your Green Tea or Pomegranate Cleanser.
The Glycolic Cleanser is a foamy cleanser that refines and renews the skin by removing the uppermost layer of dead skin cells to reveal a bright, smooth skin surface. It lessens the appearance of lines and acne scars.
For normal or combination skin with closed comedones: Use the Green Tea Citrus Cleanser morning and the Glycolic Cleanser as a second cleanser every day, once a day, for up to 10 days. Once you have achieved significant results on the closed comedones, back down the usage to 2 – 3 times per week.
For normal, dry, or aging skin: Use the Pomegranate Antioxidant Cleanser morning and night and the Glycolic Cleanser 2 – 3 times per week to exfoliate.
Leave the cleanser on the skin for 30 – 45 seconds for best results. Remove completely with water.
FYI – The Glycolic Cleanser is not designed to be a primary cleanser or a makeup remover and should not be used over the eyes. You could experience itching, tingling and purging could happen.
Aqua (Water), Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Glycolic Acid, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate,Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Alpha-Arbutin, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Glucuronolactone (D), Malic Acid (L), Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Oil, Santalum Austrocaledonicum (Sandalwood) Wood Oil, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Alcohol Denat., Tartaric Acid (L), Glycerin

Honey Crisp Facial Protocol
Let’s fall into fall with this awesome defense/immune boosting facial with the new Golden Caramel and the Apple Orchard Enzyme. The skin’s microbiome is a complex community of microorganisms that function together with the immune system to defend against pathogens and maintain skin health. This is a great pro-aging, normal/oily and dehydrated skin. (Not for rosacea or sensitive skin.)
Our Golden Caramel Mask has Black BeeOmeTM honey ferment which helps to restore the skin’s natural microflora, promote faster regeneration of the skin flora, restoration of the skin barrier, reduces sebum productionand improves the uniformity of oily and uneven facial skin.
This is fabulous for most skin types BUT due to the warming and microcirculation effect of the Apple Enzyme and the Caramel Mask it is not recommended for sensitive or rosacea skin types.
This 1 hour treatment is $70 and only available while supplies last.
