The last few months I have been working hard on acquiring a new building that would have been amazing and allowed me to do so many awesome things. After 4.5 banks, a co-signer and super high credit score it was just not to be. So I am back on the house hunt so if you hear of anything or know of anything coming open please let me know.

Before the craziness for the building started I introduced two friends – one who wanted to go to Nepal and one who had already gone. That meeting turned into an opportunity to take an amazing trip to Tibet and Nepal. And you know me I say “Sure Why Not” before I think too much. LOL
So I will be gone from September 3 until sometime in October around the 10 or 17. We are working on the dates now. The trip that my friend Bruce has put together is just amazing and I can’t wait to share with everyone what I will have learned, experienced and survived! Lots more days hiking with no showers and super cold at times – I think this might make Machu Picchu look like a walk in the park! I know I might have lost my mind.
I know we usually start a peel series in September but we will start them in October and I will be working on the weekends as well to get everyone scheduled in a timely matter.
Love you guys and Happy Spring!!!!
Love,
Nicole and Embers

Yoga Sandals are back!
Spring has sprung and it is time to get ready for the warmer days to come. For the first time in years, I ordered a case of Spread’ems Yoga Sandals. These are great to wear on your pedi days so you don’t nick up your polish or have to wear those terrible disposable flip flops. I had my first pair since 2003 I think. I recently misplaced them but they were still going strong.
Expert opinion and customer testimonials show that Yoga Sandals® help offer the following benefits:
- Increase foot strength
- Relieve stress within the foot
- Align toes
- Correct postural alignment
- Stretch leg muscles

- Prevent hammertoe, bunions, plantar fasciitis and joint pain
- Improve flexibility of the foot
The new Yoga Sandals are available in Fuschia Pink and Black and in sizes Small – Xlarge.
- S: 4-5.5
- M: 6-7.5

What do the experts say about Yoga Sandals®?
Emma Supple is one of the UK’s most respected Podiatrist and Podiatric Surgeons. She has a revolutionary vision of how Podiatry clinics and services should be delivered and is a strong advocate of Yoga Sandals.
“Yoga Sandals are uniquely designed to enable all toes to perform optimally; as good as barefoot. Because each toe is anchored into the sandal, the foot is well supported and our posture is also complemented by the contoured instep, which can help improve the stability of the body. The sandals relieve pressure on the instep and gently splay the toes thus easing pressure on the metatarsals.
“I swear by Yoga Sandals as therapy for your feet. By threading through each toe space they hold the foot in a most natural way and are excellent for straightening out toes, easing crunched metatarsals and allowing the foot to wriggle. I have three pairs and wear them as slippers and out and about. They undo the damage that my high heels do and after a long day in heels my feet need them. In fact I have stopped being barefoot at home and wear these instead as they mimic barefoot action but are much more comfortable.
“The science bit: Our feet are made up of 26 bones with lots of muscles, tendons and ligaments. Each toe is suspended in a hammock type system with tiny slips of muscle that allow us to wiggle and splay our toes. They need exercise and space to move and the Yoga Sandals allow them to move.
“Love your shoes but do not hate your feet!”

Did you know that we now have an online booking system? Check it out at www.RaspberryMoonST.com (click the Book Your Appointment button on the right). We are slowly but surely moving everything over to this new system. The new system will enable us to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and allow you to change your appointment.
I do my best to get everyone in at their preferred times. If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment please let me know a minimum of 2 days beforehand. You should be receiving your appointment reminders via email 2 days beforehand as well.
Out of the office:
- I will be traveling to PA every month to see Shoopy (my Grandfather) and Nana. Shoopy’s cancer is back and we are waiting to hear if the first round of chemo this time is working. Right now I am just scheduled for one Sunday in May and June. They will be long days. Other Sundays may open depending on my trips and client needs. Thank you for your understanding during this time. I know they can’t stay forever but I am still not ready just yet.
Sundays I will be working through the end of the April:
- April 12 and 26
- May 17
- June 21
