How to Redeem Raspberry Moon Special Offers or Purchase a Gift Certificate

From our home page (or an email from Raspberry Moon), click the button advertising Gift Certificates or our special offer, if available.

On the next page, any special offers will be listed first. To purchase a special offer or Gift Certificate, click the Instant Gift Certificate link just below the description.

The special offer, if there is one, will be highlighted to the right. Check the box to purchase. If you'd like to purchase a different type of gift certificate, click the dropdown to select a type of service, or click the Amount radio button and choose a dollar amount for your certificate.

On this same page, you can add a gratuity to your service, if desired, then select a gift certificate design (even if purchasing for yourself), and put in your recipient and giver information. (If sending to yourself, To and From would be the same.) Include a message, if desired.

You can preview how your gift certificate will look, then select how you'd like to send it. You can either email it to your recipient (even yourself), or you can print it to present in person. If you select email, you'll be asked to enter the recipients email address, and when you'd like to send your certificate (up to two months in advance). Enter your email address under Your information, and click Continue.

On the next page, you can preview your gift certificate, go back to make changes if needed, and verify your order. Then, click Pay Now to complete your purchase using Amazon Payments (it's like PayPal, but from Amazon).

If you have an Amazon account, you can sign in with your existing Amazon information. Otherwise, creating an account just takes a few seconds.

If you had an existing Amazon account, your default payment and billing information will be prefilled, but you can edit that information if needed. For a new account, you will need to input your credit card and billing address. When finished, click Confirm.

You're done! If you've purchased a gift certificate for yourself, call us at 864.271.2710 to schedule your appointment. If you purchased for someone else and elected to send the certificate via email, they will receive it on the day you specified. Otherwise, print your certificate to give it to your recipient.
