Well, I guess better late than never! Your spa-cation this month is to the island of Cuba in honor of Celia Cruz. She was born in Havana, Cuba on October 21st, 1925. Celia is known as the "Queen of Salsa". Against her father's wishes (her mother overruled her father), she started her music career as a teenager. Celia left Cuba for the last time in 1960 and later became a US resident. She died at her home in New Jersey on July 16, 2003.
