Aromatherapy For Spring and Summer

In April, Cate Alber from Pure on Main came to talk with the Women’s Social Business Group I am part of. She spoke about using aromatherapy for the spring and summer, some basics to help with allergies, weight loss, and insect repellent as well as other things.

In the last two posts I shared my part from the Lunch and Learn with my talk about teas and also about all the yummy food we had for our meal. For this last installment I want to share a little about our speakers and what we learned at the event.

Today I want to share some delicious tea recipes with you to try, as well as share some links and information about the yummy food we had for lunch that day.

Did you know that tea is the 2nd most consumed beverage in the world?! I didn’t, but since I love tea so much I can understand why. Just play with these ideas and have some fun, create something just for you. Proportions don’t have to be exact, so you have freedom to experiment.
