Our Policies

We do our best to offer you exceptional service. To help us maintain our high level of service to all of our clients, please follow the guidelines listed below:

Rescheduling

We have set time aside specifically for you. Should you need to reschedule for any reason please do so 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment or you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you are responsible for your service. Your credit card will be processed.

Appointments

We are generally open Tuesday through Friday and 2 Sundays and Mondays a month. We are available by appointment only. We do not have receptionist so we can’t always stop and help someone who is just stopping in. If you do stop by please have a seat and we will be with you as soon as we can.

Calling

Please note when calling: Your calls are very important to us and we are eager to speak with you. Our hours are by appointment only. As a courtesy to our clients, when in session we will be unavailable to answer the phone or the door. If you do not leave a message, we will be unable to return your call. All calls will be returned as soon as we are able. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and prepare yourself for your service.

Children

Unless children are having services please allow them to have fun at home or stay at a friend’s house. You will have a more relaxing service if you are not worrying about your angel.

Cell Phones

To maintain a relaxing, quiet atmosphere during your service, please turn your cell phone off or to silent! If you need to take a call, please step outside.

Payment

We do accept Visa and MasterCard but would greatly appreciate your help in keeping our costs low by paying with Cash or Check. Any returned checks will be charged a $30 handling fee.
